About the research

Abstract:

The objective of NCHRP 15-30 is to create new guidance relating to design features and traffic control devices for rural expressway intersections that are more substantively based on safety than the guidance currently provided in either the Green Book or the MUTCD. The recommendations will cover geometric plan layout and traffic control devices.
